During the early 1990s, she earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology through the University of Washington. After earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon’s School of Law, Ms. Rutherford was admitted to practice law when she was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1997. Over the years, she gained valuable expertise in the field as an associate with David Vogel PLLC, and with Badgley Mullins PLLC and later as the owner of the Law Office of Crystal Grace Rutherford. Presently, she excels as the principal attorney of the firm under a different name – Excelsior Law PLLC. Among her career accomplishments, she is most proud to have assembled a legal team that successfully took on a multinational corporation and the local corporation it controlled as well as others who caused serious injuries and death to a family in Eastern Washington. Looking toward the future, Ms. Rutherford aspires to handle more cases to help more individuals who have had their lives altered due to preventable injuries as well as to continue to advocate for the Latinx community.
